Returns
We accept return of our products (subject to a 20% restocking fee), provided:
- No more that 14 days have passed since the date your order was originally shipped;
- Returned items are in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it.
To initiate a return, please email orders@notedelchianti.us attaching a picture with of the item you would like to return. If return is accepted, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA or not returned in original packaging will not be accepted.
Note del Chianti will not accept returns for products which have been significantly used and so contain an amount of product that is less than would reasonably be expected considering the time between your purchase and the date of your request for return.
The RMA authorization email from Note del Chianti customer service will also provide detailed information about the address products have to be returned.
After you receive an RMA authorization, please:
- package carefully the products you want to return;
- use a tracked service from USPS or carriers such as UPS and FedEx;
- email the tracking number and the RMA authorization number and the tracking number provided to our customer service team (orders@notedelchianti.us).
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please also be aware that some carriers may impose restrictions on the shipment of perfume or fragrance products. Consult your chosen carrier for additional information.
Refunds
Once received, your return will be inspected, and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be immediately processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. The restocking fee will be calculated based on the original purchase price.
If, after 10 business days, you have not received your refund yet:
- first, check your credit card statement/transaction detail again;
- then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Note del Chianti will only replace items if they are received defective or damaged.
In case you receive an order with a defective or damaged product, please write an email to orders@notedelchianti.us within 3 business days from the date you’re your order was delivered, including a picture of the defective/damaged item. Our customer service will review your request and, if approved, will move forward with a free of charge replacement order.
Exchange requests received after the 3 business days window will not be accepted.
